Building collaborative, equitable, and futurist systems for catalytic investment is an inherently complex and difficult endeavor. We know that. PERC has invested in organizations who embrace this challenge head on, and we are deeply committed to legacy Black and Brown communities. What do we mean by “legacy”?

Legacy communities are urban, rural, and industrial centers defined by a history of economic, social, and cultural contribution and also systemic exclusion, currently navigating a transition from post-industrial survival toward a future of self-determined, equitable growth.
